How should I request access to Celaton ? | You need to created a Freshdesk ticket : Go on home page > submit a ticket > I need IT support. Then select categories as : 1. I need to create a new User access > Celaton. Access can be requested for you or on behalf of someone else. In case you are requesting it on behalf of someone, please add the contact email & company name in the description of the ticket. |

How can I view the documentation linked to my TR in Celaton? | Log into Celaton DMS. Go in the left ribbon of the page, click on "Documents" and then "Compliance". In "Process" field : 1. Select "DMS OTM" to look for Shipment (SHP) documentation. 2. Select "DMS TR" to look for Transport Request (TR) documentation. In "Search" field : Enter your TR or SHP reference. Click on "VIEW". *Send by email* How can I send my files by email to update the documentation linked to my TR in Celaton? | You can send documents by email to update your TR. You will need to follow golden rules to make sure we are receiving your file correctly. Please see below rules for all types of documentations. Golden Rules 1) I want to send one single file : Email recipient = dhlairbus.compliance@instream.ai Object of the email OR Name of the file = Enter the naming convention Attachement = attach one single file. 2) I want to send several files : Email recipient = dhlairbus.compliance@instream.ai Object of the email = Free text (you are free to write what you want). Name of each files = Enter the naming convention (change the naming convention of other files in case of different types of files provided). Attachement = attach several files. |
